G + I Marine Surveyors and Consultants Co., Ltd. is established in Keelung, Taiwan in 2004 by the Managing Director, Hubert Shoei, who had 17 years’ experience in handling Lloyd's Agents in Taiwan and/or correspondents for a number of P & I Clubs based in Europe when he acted as Manager in Jardine Surveying Services and Director in Heron Marine Surveyors and Consultants from 1986 to 2003.
He had been the director of Surveyors Association of Taipei from 1998 to 2003.

We now have two offices respectively in the ports of Keelung and Kaohsiung.
For the other Taiwanese ports, the surveyors will be assigned from our Keelung or Kaohsiung offices.

All of us understand that the excellent marine surveying services should basically cover the following:
• Offer a 24 hour service,
• Arrange rapidly competent surveyors,
• Quick response to our clients in all respects,
• Offer creative and effective recommendations about claim settlement, if any.
